Individual Weekly Therapy

For individuals who prefer to meet weekly for support with life transitions, parenting, stress, and stabilizing symptoms that are getting in the way of living life as it meant to be lived. Sessions are scheduled for a consistent day and time each week, and are in-person at my office in the Lair Hill neighborhood in Portland.

*Telehealth sessions may be available in some circumstances.

“We were never meant to heal in silence. Speak. Be heard. Let others walk with you.”

EMDR Intensive Sessions

Intensives are a powerful alternative to traditional weekly therapy. They are flexible sessions, tailored just for you, to best fit with your goals, needs, and capacity. Intensive sessions range in length from 90 minutes to 4 hours (with breaks,) and can be one time or ongoing, depending on our agreed upon plan.

Personalized Floral and Horiticultural Experiences for Grief, Loss, Trauma, and Growth

Personalized and bespoke offerings for healing, processing, or honoring a loss or significant transition. These offerings are tailored to each individual and vary in length and content to meet your unique needs.

Nature is one of the most effective co-regulators, and can enhance your ability to remain grounded and express yourself as we engage in the challenging work of processing experiences, healing, and growing. Some examples include using flowers or plants as a way to increase awareness, stay in the present moment, to create something, or to honor a loss. A personalized session could also look like taking on a project in your own personal garden, to enhance an EMDR session for processing trauma or other stuck points.
